Breath & Bitters is designed to help you slow down, play with herbs and your breath as you integrate what you’ve learned during the winter and you awaken to spring. We will dig deep into nettles, dandelion tea, and center inhales in honor of the season. The intention for our time together is to help you drop in and witness the transition of the seasons through plant medicine and slow breathwork that emphasizes the longer inhales which align with the energies of Spring.
This workshop will be led by Shannon + Sarah Hutcherson of Slo Breathworks.
Sarah founded Slo Breathworks to curate conscious breathing experiences that center restoration and the mind-body connection. Sarah has 75 hours of breathwork facilitation training in addition to 250 hours of yoga training and eight years of teaching experience.
